I have been studying Qigong, a practice that focuses on healing the energy in our bodies. Master Lin says SMILE stands for Start My Internal Love Engine. At first I thought that was kind of a "Goofy" thing to say. But it is true when you smile the love in your heart starts to radiate. Be a Love Radiator, Smile at all the people you meet today.
