Currently Sunrise is accepting applications for Direct Care Professionals. Afternoon shift. Set schedules, every other 3-day weekend off. $17.00/hr start with yearly raises and possible bonuses. Benefits available after 90 days for those positions over 30 hours per week. PTO available after 6 months.

Full-Time Maintenance/Handyman Position
Sunrise is a small, 24 bed home serving the most amazing people with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. We are looking for a handyman to keep us up and running in good order.
Starting pay is $18/hour and you can work today and get paid tomorrow through Daily Pay. Applicants must be self-motivated, dependable and organized. Will be required to establish and maintain a good working relationship with residents, co-workers, and hired contractors. Will be on call 24/7 for any major building issues and may need to adjust hours based on facility needs.
General knowledge with the following areas are preferred but not required; basic electrical skills, plumbing skills, drywall patching, painting, some knowledge of HVAC, lawncare, documentation of required checks, able to prioritize issues that arise, Basic computer skills, and general knowledge of technology. High school diploma and 2 yrs exp in building trades or maintenance of public/private buildings/homes preferred but not required.
Experience with Ohio Department of Health Life Safety Requirements would be a bonus.
