The Mindful Eating FOR ME program provides you with skills and support for a more balanced and healthy relationship with food and eating, empowerment to handle emotional eating situations, greater peace with your body/body image, freedom from constant thought and worry about food and dieting and an increased sense of well-being and contentment with yourself. This science-based mindful eating program is facilitated by Kitty Broihier, MS, RD, a registered dietitian and certified mindful eating instructor/coach.
