Adjusting your healthy habits to suit the season is wise.

It can make the difference between maintaining your progress and just chucking it all and starting it over next month.

Every day ask yourself how you can keep moving forward: “What can I do today?” or “What small thing can I do toward this goal?”

Progress doesn’t typically come by leaps and bounds, it comes from steady, little steps and adjusting as you go.
