Sweet friends,
I have a little scheduling update to share
For this chapter of life, I’ll be stepping back from traveling to Oakes regularly. With two toddlers at home and just my husband and I juggling schedules, staying closer to home is what makes the most sense for our family right now.
Going forward, I’ll mostly be in Lisbon, and I’m opening up Fridays from 9:30–4:00 in Lisbon as well!
I may still visit Oakes occasionally, but it won’t be on a set routine.
To my Oakes clients, I just want you to know how much I’ve genuinely enjoyed my time there. I’ve loved the deep, positive conversations, the way we could talk about life and growth and everthing in between. Those sessions never felt “just like work” to me, they felt meaningful. Thank you for trusting me, opening up, and allowing me to be part of your wellness journey.
