Meet Tony! 🎉

After completing the Project SEARCH at Northwestern Medicine Delnor Hospital program last year, Tony was ready to take on more work hours and grow his skills. He found the perfect fit cashiering at Five Below!

Even though he was nervous at first about running the register on his own, Tony stepped up — and absolutely rocked it. 🙌

We are so proud of him for pushing himself and thrilled to see all his hard work paying off!

💛 Community Partnership Spotlight 💛

For over 24 years, PAEP staff have proudly volunteered with the Knights of Columbus Intellectual Disabilities Tootsie Roll Drive — collecting donations to support individuals with disabilities.

In return, the St. James the Apostle Knights of Columbus generously give back to PAEP with a donation that helps us continue empowering individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities to achieve their employment goals.

We’re so grateful for this long-standing partnership and shared commitment to inclusion! 💙
