🎉 Meet Trevor! 🎉

Trevor began his journey with PAEP’s Inspired by Ability program as an intern at Independence Village, working in the dining room. Through his hard work, dedication, and positive attitude, Trevor made such a strong impression that he was offered a position on the spot!

👏 Trevor is now officially a part-time Dining Room Attendant at Independence Village of Naperville!

In his role, he helps set up tables for lunch, serves meals to residents, and keeps the dining room clean and welcoming. Most importantly, Trevor has built meaningful connections with both residents and coworkers along the way.

💙 Congratulations, Trevor! We are so proud of you and all you’ve accomplished!

PAEP had a great time yesterday at the District 87 Community Partner Appreciation Brunch! 💙

PAEP and District 87 have been valued partners for many years, and we love having the opportunity to support their transition students as they work toward meaningful employment and greater independence.

We were also grateful to catch up with fellow community partners and connect with a PAEP board member from The Westin during the event. Thank you, District 87, for your continued collaboration and partnership! 👏✨

🎉 BIG congratulations to Jazmin on her new job at Burlington! 🎉

Jazmin worked hard throughout the job development process alongside our Employment Specialists—actively applying for positions, showing up to interviews, and staying committed every step of the way. 💪✨

Her dedication truly paid off when she interviewed at Burlington and was hired on the spot! 👏👏

Jazmin is now working part-time as a Store Associate, and she’s loving her role organizing clothing on the sales floor. 🛍️👚

We are so proud of her hard work, growth, and determination—and we can’t wait to see all she accomplishes on her employment journey!
