Molex Fitness and Wellness Center

Molex Fitness and Wellness Center Enjoy the convenience of the Molex Fitness Center which is located in the main building on the Lisle campus, on the lower level near the cafeteria.

We offer group fitness classes, individualized fitness programs, recreational activities and much more! Our staff can help you achieve your fitness goals by tailoring your exercise plan specific to your needs through the use of exercise programs, injury prevention, nutritional resources and other related programs. Let us help you reach your goals! If you are interested in becoming a member of the Molex Fitness and Wellness Center, simply fill out a Health History Questionnaire available on our share-point site or in the Fitness Center. If you have any questions about the Fitness Center don’t hesitate to contact the Fitness Staff at 630-718-5253.
