We are honored to be this year's recipient of Lake Park High School’s TAP Annual Autism Walk! The Transition Assistance Program (TAP) helps young adults bridge the gap between high school and adult life. These students are showing up to shape a world where autism is celebrated and everyone belongs, and we are proud to partner with them to make that vision a reality.

Thanks to the Hanover Township Mental Health Board, we are bringing employment training directly to all high school students, regardless of abilities. We love seeing students gain confidence and skills for their future careers!
