Did you know? 🧠 Adults with disabilities experience mental distress nearly 5x more often than those without.

The holidays can be joyful, but for people like Tim, the change in routine and social pressure can threaten their independence.

Through RGA's behavioral health clinic, Tim is learning to advocate for himself and build healthy relationships. Chip in to provide the counseling hours that make this possible.

BIG NEWS! 🎉 You might remember Tim from our recent letter. We have a wonderful update: Tim officially landed a job at a local pharmacy!

He's a GREAT fit. But as we know, new jobs can bring new stress. For adults with disabilities, that stress can be overwhelming without the right tools.

Help Tim keep his new job by investing in the mental health support he needs to excel at work and at home.
