Stretchologist Stretchologist - John Barnes' Myofascial Release, Thai Massage, Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization In March 2012, studied in Thailand with Mama Lek.

JAJA started as a Certified Thai Massage Practitioner and started her business as Sky Thai Massage. Over the years, she has taken several courses focused on Thai Massage and it's different approaches. She also attended John F. Barnes Myofascial Release (MFR) courses and used the knowledge and MFR philosophy in her Thai Massage practice. In 2011, she became a Licensed Massage Therapist and a year later she accepted an assistant teacher position at School of Holistic Massage and Reflexology. Both, Thai Massage and Myofascial Release are types of stretching techniques, so in order to bring focus of her practice to both techniques, she decided to rename her business to STRETCHOLOGIST (as her client once called her). She's become a Personal Trainer in 2015 and added her knowledge into her practice, especially after she had gotten certified in DNS (Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization) in 2018. She is specialized in functional training, mobility and flexibility as well as proper core engagement in movement and injury prevention.

Dear friends and clients! Many of you already know that we will be closing our business at the end of August.
