Aujourd’hui je fais ce que j’aime — célébrer et louer mon Dieu ! ✨
Et si tu n’es pas chrétien(ne), loue simplement ce qui élève ton esprit : ton Dieu, l’univers, la nature, le karma… tout ce qui t’apporte la paix. 🌿💕

J’en suis à ma 16ᵉ heure de jeûne et je me sens forte ! 💪
La 14ᵉ heure a été difficile, mais un petit café avec de l’huile MCT m’a remise d’aplomb. 😇☕️
