• Take small pauses — even 2–3 minutes of slow breathing can reset your nervous system.
• Set boundaries where you need them — your peace matters, even during the holidays.
• Create tiny moments of comfort — a warm drink, soft lighting, or a quiet morning ritual.
• Check in with yourself often — notice what you need, not just what others expect.
• Lean on supportive people — connection doesn’t have to be big or perfect to be meaningful.

I keep saying I’ll get better about posting blogs more often — and I will! But this topic hit close to home. Recently, I’ve had several moms share their struggles with postpartum depression, anxiety, and rage. Honestly, I experienced it myself with all of my children. 💛

This day is a solemn reminder of the silent battles many of our veterans face long after their service ends.
