🚨 We’re Hiring! Join Meeker Memorial Hospital & Clinic as a Human Resources Assistant and play a key role in supporting our team and organization.

🗓 Part-time (0.8–0.9 FTE), benefit-eligible position.
📋 This role supports the Human Resources department with a variety of task-oriented responsibilities, including processing Workers’ Compensation claims, assisting with benefits administration, scheduling appointments, maintaining personnel files, preparing orientation and new hire materials, and supporting department communication. The Human Resources Assistant works closely with the HR Manager and HR Generalist to ensure efficiency and timely follow-through on employee questions and tasks.
✨ Qualified applicants will have strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to handle sensitive information, and a minimum of 2+ years of related experience and/or relevant training. Experience in human resources is highly desirable. Previous experience in a hospital or clinic setting and familiarity with the Paycom HRIS system are preferred.
💰 $19.00–$27.00/hour + benefits.

Over the past several weeks, we have seen an increase in respiratory illnesses—including influenza, COVID-19, and RSV—across our service area. To help protect our patients, visitors, and care teams, Meeker Memorial Hospital and Clinics will be implementing the following effective today, January 9, 2026:

👥 Patients & Visitors
• Masking is RECOMMENDED, but not required
• Visitors with respiratory symptoms should not enter our facilities
• Patients or visitors with symptoms who are already inside will be REQUIRED to wear a mask

👶 OB Department Visitors
• Visitors must be 12 years of age or older, with the exception of siblings to protect our youngest patients.
