Please join us in congratulating Ethan Conrad on his promotion to Finance Manager at Meeker Memorial Hospital and Clinics.

Ethan has been a valued member of the Meeker Memorial team since June 2021, previously serving as Accountant/Data Analyst and Accounting Supervisor. Throughout his tenure, he has consistently demonstrated strong leadership, financial expertise, and a deep understanding of healthcare finance.

“Ethan has earned this promotion through his dedication, attention to detail, and ability to translate complex financial data into meaningful insights for our leaders and managers,” said Tyler Ulseth, CFO. “He is a trusted partner across the organization, and I’m confident he will continue to strengthen our financial operations in this new role.”

As Finance Manager, Ethan will continue to:

- Lead and develop the accounting team
- Conduct FP&A to support senior leadership decision-making
- Lead the annual budget and independent audit processes
- Oversee payroll, benefits, and key compliance reporting
- Enhance organizational financial literacy and transparency

Ethan’s work—including implementing a merit-based compensation program, supporting physician contracts, and delivering clear, timely financial reporting—has made a meaningful impact on Meeker Memorial Hospital and Clinics.

Throughout her tenure, she has demonstrated strong leadership, extensive HR knowledge, and a genuine commitment to supporting employees and organizational excellence.

During her time at MMHC, Jill has:

- Served as acting department manager during leadership recruitment while maintaining key HR operations
- Led recruitment, hiring, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations
- Supported compliance efforts across labor law, OSHA, workers’ compensation, and leaves of absence
- Contributed to the development and implementation of new performance and compensation programs
