Happy Mama Happy Baby - River Rhymes Wellness

Happy Mama Happy Baby - River Rhymes Wellness Harmonious explorations of body and mind through mindful practices Presently, Deborah is teaching a yoga program for children and adults in a Montessori school.

Deborah Van Handel is a certified yoga teacher, YogaEd instructor and trainer, and Montessori educator. She has been working with children for over twenty years and teaching yoga for over fifteen years. Private and semi-private classes and consultations are available for children and adults. A team of talented artists have been working with Deborah to set her stories, myths, fairy tales and odysseys for children of all ages to original music. These stories or guided visualizations are a kind of participatory meditation. They allow our logical, thinking brain to rest, giving our imaginative, creative mind time and space to explore new solutions to existing problems. Most importantly, we have the opportunity to dream and find ways of manifesting our dreams. These stories will soon be available for download.
