UPCOMING IMMERSION Dec. 5-7!!!
A few spots are still available!!! 💫🧡💫

This immersion is an adventure through mind and body to get back to the very center of our soul where we can experience the stillness and peace that the yogis call Bliss. This is designed to give you that full body bliss experience that you get sometimes at the end of your practice when your whole body is buzzing in savasana.

Together we will practice yoga, meditation, pranayama in order to access the various layers of our being which the yogis call “The Kosha’s” The Kosha’s are like layers of an onion, and like peeling an onion we can get closer to our core, with consistent and deliberate practice. To experience that full body bliss we take a journey through each area of our body and get to know the muscles and actions available to us, leaving us both educated and physically satiated!

Immersion Schedule:
- Friday 5:30pm - 9:30pm
- Saturday 9:00am - 12:30pm
- Saturday 2:00pm - 6:30pm
- Sunday 9:00am - 12:30pm
- Sunday 2:00pm - 6:30pm

FOURTH OF JULY FLOW: Find Freedom Within Through Yoga, Qigong & Sound Healing - Presented by Judith & Grace, Featuring AKC Therapy Dog Molly

Friday, July 4th from 9:30am-10:30am

Center the mind and clear your energetic pathways before enjoying your Fourth of July festivities! Stretch and open the body with a morning yoga flow, led by Grace. Transition into a Qigong practice to balance your energy by working along the body’s meridians to harmonize your being and reset the nervous system. Led by Judith, Qigong consists of the foundational exercises that Tai chi is built on. Invite the sound healing vibrations of the gong and singing bowls to support your Qigong practice. This class features AKC certified Therapy Dog, Molly, who offers her calm and loving presence to the space as we move and flow together.

The quickest way to create peace is to remove blame, judgment, and wrongness from our speech. This requires training in honesty and empathy. It is a new language, and NVC speaks peace in a conflicted world. Join us monthly to create the world and community you want to live in.

Join us for a transformative 4-week series designed specifically for women to reconnect with and strengthen the foundation of their bodies — the pelvic floor and deep core muscles. Whether you’re postpartum, an athlete, or simply seeking a deeper understanding of your body, this workshop offers a supportive and educational space to build strength from the inside out.

Each week, we’ll explore:

- Anatomy & Awareness: Understand the pelvic floor and deep core muscles from a functional and anatomical perspective. Learn how life events such as pregnancy, birth, aging, high-impact exercise, and postural habits impact these systems — and why that matters.

- Breathwork Integration: Use targeted breathing techniques to access, relax, and activate these critical muscle groups in a safe and supportive way.

- Effective Movement Practice: Engage in simple yet powerful exercises that help restore balance, improve circulation, and build sustainable strength and stability in the pelvic floor and core.
