For some, pumping can feel stressful. Placing baby socks over your collection containers is a simple trick that can shift your focus away from how much or how quickly milk is being expressed, helping you to relax more deeply.

If you know me and my mission behind starting peaceful hands lactation, then you will understand why this is such a huge step forward! Refoster minds is currently accepting new patients for a wide variety of services! Our mission is to provide care across the communities to ALL who need it. Please like their page as well. I am still seeing patients in home and via telehealth, but we will soon also offer in office visits so stay tuned!!!!
