We teamed up with Dr. Joe Esposito, D.C., D.A.B.C.O, D.C.B.C.N., D.C.C.N., from Health Plus Wellness Centers, and he shared powerful nutrition tips for healthy aging, helping attendees understand how food can truly be medicine. Meanwhile, the head of our business development and marketing team, Dr. Valerie Walton, D.C., provided practical ergonomic safety tips to prevent injury and support everyday movement.
