Step into a space where you can welcome the new you and tell yourself you deserve to be right where you are....... let go of those people and experiences that are not qualified to step into this new space and focus on you.

Here we are in this thing called life daily.... think on this.

We work work work and then we die
You work 8 hours to live maybe 4 of the day
From an 8 hour day we nourish and feed our body for 15 minutes.
If we connect with others we sacrifice sleep and productivity in the day following.

We show up and work 5 to 6 days to recalibrate on one day in preparation to start the process all over again.

We are working in this manner day by day each year to take only one week of vacation... maybe even 2.... and 9 times out of 10...we are even working then. Only to retire old and feeble..... never really enjoying the fruits of our labor before this journey is over..... are we really different from our ancestors who died so young?

Perhaps we are so consumed by social hyperconsumerism and cultural goals of what wealth and comfort are that we miss the meat of it all and forfeit the nourishment of the soul for too long..... leading to emotional and mental turmoil. We must open our eyes and see the chains in order to remove them.
