Self care is so important! This last month I have focused on my own self care. I’ve been eating healthier, working out more, reading more, and I even was able to take a girls trip and couples weekend which hasn’t happened in nearly 5 years!!

Rainbow babies are babies born immediately following a miscarriage. My son, Shep, is my rainbow baby! He was born 348 days after my miscarriage.

Do you know if your prenatal vitamins are safe?
If you take Rainbow Light Prenatals you may want to look at alternatives. They are still considered safe, but if they lie in their marketing what else are they lying about?

An investigation using a third-party lab test found that vitamins made by the company Rainbow Light contained lead, arsenic, and cadmium.

Make sure you are following the recent law changes on car seat safety!

NEW CAR SEAT LAW: We would like to alert the community to Virginia's new child car seat law which goes into effect on July 1. Under the new law, children must ride in rear-facing car seats until the age of 2 or until they meet the minimum weight and height standards for a forward-facing seat as prescribed by the manufacturer of the safety seat.

Please also remember that children must be secured in a safety seat until their 8th birthday.
