A 3-Hour Yoga Flow, Breathwork & Sound Healing Experience

Celebrate the spirit of gratitude with a nourishing and heart-opening yoga event designed to bring friends together in mindfulness and joy.

🕒 Event Flow

• Opening Circle (30 mins):
Begin with intention-setting and shared gratitude in a welcoming circle.
• Gratitude Yoga Flow (60 mins):
Move through a gentle, grounding sequence that honors the body and breath.
• Refreshments, (30mins):
Enjoy a light, wholesome meal together to nourish the body and soul.
• Breathwork & Sound Bath (60mins):
Close with deep breathwork and a restorative sound bath to integrate and relax.
