We are hiring a BCBA in the Fishhawk / Tampa Bay area.

Success On The Spectrum Fishhawk is a scaling, multi-payer ABA clinic (Medicaid, CHAMPVA, and commercial plans), and we are adding a BCBA with 1–3 years of experience who is ready to step into an independent clinical role.

This position is ideal for a clinician who wants:

• Real autonomy
• 27–30 billable hours
• A structured caseload (10–12 clients)
• Administrative support (scheduling and billing managed)
• Student analyst support
• Growth opportunity as we expand

We also offer free childcare through Children’s Academy FishHawk (ages 1–5 and afterschool eligibility), which has been a meaningful benefit for working parents.

Compensation range: $85,000–$95,000 + structured sign-on bonus.

FishHawk Community Update – We’re Growing!

We’re excited to share that our ABA therapy program is growing, and we are now accepting select Medicaid plans!

We are currently enrolling new clients for the May/June timeframe. Availability is limited, so early inquiries are encouraged. Our team is committed to providing high-quality, individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to support children and families in our community.
