Sunday afternoons hit different at Midtown Social, and today was one for the books. Big shout-out to Devon Green, owner of Midtown Social, for creating a space that blends Atlanta energy with a North Philly soul. From the smell of a perfectly made cheesesteak to the sound of cheers filling the room, we stood proud celebrating a hard-fought Philadelphia Eagles 13–12 win over the Buffalo Bills.

Adding even more shine to the day, we celebrate two-time award-winning children’s author Jermaine Seamón, whose inspiring works include “Daddy’s Big Secret, Jordan Learns the Truth”and “The Little Bird and the Magic Oracle”. Community, culture, great food, winning football, and literary excellence all under one roof this is what Midtown Social is all about. Days like this remind us why we gather, why we celebrate, and why Philly pride travels wherever family and passion meet.
