Last night we enjoyed a delicious 4-course Italian feast created by Sous Chef Tim Flaherty! 🍝

The evening featured a specially curated menu and an interactive pasta action station where guests could build their perfect plate. The meal included bruschetta with focaccia, antipasto salad, and a choice of pasta topped with pomodoro or creamy alfredo sauce with meatballs, grilled chicken, or shrimp.

To finish the night, our bakers prepared a rich ricotta cheesecake that was the perfect sweet ending.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for a wonderful evening of great food and great company! 🍝🎉
