Non-appearance related fitness goal. To improve your body composition: not just fat vs muscle. Lipids, cholesterol blood sugars. Consistant Physical exercise makes you healthy on the inside too and is preventative for several life shortening diseases.

Start with building stamina and leg strength. It seems too easy to say, but you really start with a brisk walk, or bike ride, or swim, or dance. Find something fun and get moving!

I am going to start a 12 week Challenge group for accountability. It is FREE, but will cost you sweat, grit and determination. It will start next week and go to the end of September. Anyone can do the challenge but you have to commit to connecting with me on work out days. It starts out with a brsk 20 minute walk any time this weekend. Please let me know if you are interested, and ready to take back your life. If you are interested I will add you to my Rise and shine group😁I will post an exact work out 3 times/week, working up to 5 days per week.

Think of ONE healthier choice you can make today. You are God's greatest treasure! Why treat yourself and your body like you are worthless and pathetic? You are awesome. Fearfully and wonderfully made. The crown of Creation. Time to shine. Get a workout in. Think about what is good about you. ♡♡♡♡ hello friends. I have had several asking for fitness help / motivation lately. If you check out the photo albums on this page, there are explanations of what to do at a gym or in your own home if you want to start, but have no idea where to begin ♡♡♡ start with something you like and try it. Try new things. Start moving!!!

Most People who begin exercising quit with in the first 6 months (ugh... more often it is about 6 weeks :( ) and do not ever reap the full long term health benefits of exercise- like cardio fitness, reduced cholesterol, metabolism getting going. DON'T give up. Pick something you want to try and make the commitment to do it until school starts again at least :)

Remember: a half an hour walk is still burning more calories than a half hour at the computer or on the couch!!! try to get a little more movement into every day :)
