Big things are happening at MMC! At our recent Team Member Town Hall, we recognized our amazing staff and the vital role they play in our success. With a positive census across the board and lower staff turnover rates, our community is stronger than ever! It was so inspiring to see survey results showing how supported our team members feel by their managers and colleagues.

We’re also thrilled to share updates on our campus improvements, including the enhanced outdoor recreation area on the Founders campus and the brand-new Commons building coming soon to the Warwick Woodlands campus.

Love is in full bloom this Valentine's Day! Our residents had a wonderful time arranging beautiful roses 🌹(generously donated by a special supporter) to share with friends and neighbors. We also got creative with Kevin Goss from More Creative Me for a fun Valentine's Day painting session 🎨🖌. There's nothing quite like celebrating love and friendship through flowers and art.
