Pursuing more from life, MMC residents recently attended our Activity Showcase to explore the 40+ interest groups on campus from art, gardening, games, fitness, and meditation to quilting and various forms of performing arts. It was inspiring to see everyone connecting, sharing passions, and discovering new hobbies within our vibrant community!

For Cindy, leadership isn't just about a title—it’s about a 28-year journey of growth, mentorship, and compassionate care right here in Lititz. ❤️

Cindy began her career at Moravian Manor Communities as a staff accountant. Today, as the Executive Director, she oversees a community that has been a pillar of Lititz for over 50 years. For Cindy, the true joy of her work is found in the daily connections she makes with residents, families, team members, and friends.

A Lititz resident for over 25 years, Cindy is also celebrating her 30th wedding anniversary this summer and is the proud mother of three daughters. Her greatest hope is to inspire them to be brave, passionate, and confident changemakers in the world. 🌍✨

Cindy, thank you for your incredible dedication to providing integrity-driven, compassionate care to our seniors and for being such a stellar role model for the next generation! 🌟

Congrats to Bill Brightman, IT, who was recognized as March’s Excellence in Customer Care award recipient! When an upgraded timeclock installation created some communications challenges between maintenance and IT, Bill stepped in to bridge the gap. “Bill’s ability to combine technical expertise with patience and understanding strengthened interdepartmental relationships, and set a new standard for customer service across our organization,” commented Eric Billings, Maintenance. Big things are happening at MMC! At our recent Team Member Town Hall, we recognized our amazing staff and the vital role they play in our success. With a positive census across the board and lower staff turnover rates, our community is stronger than ever! It was so inspiring to see survey results showing how supported our team members feel by their managers and colleagues.

We’re also thrilled to share updates on our campus improvements, including the enhanced outdoor recreation area on the Founders campus and the brand-new Commons building coming soon to the Warwick Woodlands campus.
