--Finding Beauty in the Unexpected--
Today at the Please Touch Museum, in Philadelphia, I stopped to admire their incredible sculpture of the Statue of Liberty’s torch, but what struck me most wasn’t just the art itself, it was how it was made.
This masterpiece was created from old, used toys and random items—things most people would overlook or throw away. Individually, these pieces didn’t seem special. But together? They formed something breathtaking.
It reminded me of an important truth:
Everything has a place. Every experience matters.
Just like those discarded toys, the moments from our past, good or bad, are part of who we are. They shape us. And when we put in the work, we can take all those pieces and create something beautiful: a life aligned with our goals and dreams.
No matter how insignificant something may seem, it contributes to the bigger picture. Your story matters. Your journey matters. And with effort and intention, you can turn it into a masterpiece.
