Give yourself grace.

You’ve never been this version of yourself before.
You’re learning, stretching, evolving—and that’s not always neat or easy.

Growth is messy.
It’s full of questions, missteps, and moments that feel like setbacks.
But every bit of it is proof: you’re becoming.
You’re showing up.
You’re doing the work.

So if it feels hard right now, that’s okay.

Special thank you to the ladies that helped with Bluebird’s open house today! Bluebird Counseling wouldn’t be what it is if it weren’t for our amazing, dedicated clinician Sam! Joanne Saunders helping and supporting our open house was extremely appreciated, I’m excited to see her newest book come to life! And of course, the support of my Mom, one of my biggest supporters and cheerleaders- she helped me set up, and delivered the delicious baked goods she and my sister made for the event. Finally, Sadie, the four-legged therapy dog that enjoyed greeting each person, especially if they dropped any cookie crumbs! Thank you 💕
