Zayne Cleaning Services LLC
Would like to Contract an employee on regular one-time monthly carpet extraction service at all our daycare locations. These locations include infant toddler and full center carpet extensions.

Each month services rotates . This November we have full center, December will be infant toddler .

1) Job description /scheduled

This job will be performed on weekends only and can be scheduled for completion on one weekend or 2 weekends in a Month depending on how contractor .

2) Contractual terms Contractor position 1099 ( no tax deduction) work permit number needed )

Payout shall be $40 per full Center and $30 per infant/toddler . Service shall be done with Zayne work van or contractor truck if ant. Payout will be distributed every 2weeks from when job completed.

Zayne has a total of 24 locations thereby getting a payment of every month.
full Center 24×40 =$960
Infant/toddler 24×30=$720

ZAYNE to provide transportation (Van)and chemicals, and machines. Contract terms will run for a year and shall be renewable if you like. If this terms terms are pleasant all I need would be a SSD number and ID with availability on when to start.

Key Job Responsibilities

- Performs work according to standard procedure and by building's operational schedule
- Cleans rooms, hallways, restrooms, locker rooms, offices, stairways, and windows
- Sweep, remove debris, clean spills, and mop floors throughout the sales floor and seating area
- Regularly check the trash receptacles, emptying as needed, in all areas of the site
- Collect, consolidate, and separate recycling into proper receptacles
- Clean windows and mirrored surfaces; polish stainless steel surfaces
- Dust fixtures, shelves, and products as needed
- Maintain the cleanliness of the customer and team member restrooms (includes cleaning and policing as needed)
- Complete sweep logs, as directed
- Operate and sanitize all equipment in a safe and proper manner
- Follow and comply with all applicable health and sanitation procedures and adhere to safe work practices
- Dust furniture and equipment
- Washes walls, ceilings, woodwork, windows, doors, and sills
- Empty wastebaskets
- Report work accomplished via verbal or written work order to supervisor daily.

Experience:
- Building and warehouse cleaning
- Maintenance work experience is needed but not a requirement
- Ability to understand client's needs and perform services such as Errands, Cooking, babysitting, laundry, and all other services offered by our company as needed

Requirements:
- Ability to carry out detailed oral or written instructions
- Ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
- Ability to acquire job skills with three months of on-the-job training
- Disposition to perform other duties as assigned
Physical Demands (must be able to perform with or without reasonable accommodation):
- Lift and move totes up to 49 pounds each
- Ability to lift and carry objects weighing from 15 to 25 pounds.
- Regular bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching both below the waist and above the head
- Occasionally push and pull wheeled dollies loaded with products up to 100 pounds during site visits
- Engage in full manual dexterity in both hands and wrists
- Walking in and around the facility with great frequency; facilities are over a quarter-mile in length
- Ability to climb ladders and gangways safely and without limitation
- Dexterity in eye/hand coordination, feet (foot pedals), manual (picking, pinching, holding, grasping), and wrist motion (repetitive flexion/rotation)
- Must be able to stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours

Environmental Conditions:

- The office environment has minimum hazards, which may include varying temperatures and moderate noise levels.
- The site environment may have varying temperatures, varying workstations and varying interactions with customers and staff. The noise level is usually moderate.
- Facilities are over a quarter-mile in length
- Working conditions may include small spaces, dust, fumes/odors, hot/cold temperatures, inside/outside noise, vibration, standing on concrete for long hours, and wet or uneven surfaces
- Occasionally work occurs in poor weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, etc.

Minimum qualifications

-GCE Advanced Level/ BAC or GCE O/L with 2years of job-related experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Creation of job descriptions;
 Managing the hiring process, including advertising open positions, reviewing resumes,
coordinating and conducting interviews, conducting reference and background checks,
drafting offer letters;
 Managing the onboarding process for new employees;
 Maintaining up-to-date personnel information and files;
 Processing bi-weekly payroll via a third-party payroll service;
 Administering employee benefits;
 Completing and submitting paperwork to external agencies including worker’s
compensation claims, unemployment claims, verification of employment, etc.;
 Maintaining the employee handbook and organizational staffing chart;
 Overseeing the annual employee review process;
 Ensuring management actions conform to the employee handbook and labor laws;
 Creating policies and procedures;
 Tracking employee performance documentation;
 Addressing personnel-related issues;

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Highly detail-oriented, able to work independently
