What an incredible weekend in Little Elm! 🏊🚴🏃

Congratulations to all the amazing athletes who competed in the Ironman 70.3. The dedication, discipline, and heart it takes to complete a 70.3 is nothing short of inspiring. From the early morning to the final steps across the finish line, every athlete showed what perseverance truly looks like.

Little Elm Physical Rehab Center was proud to support the competitors by providing post-race recovery and massage treatment to help athletes reduce muscle soreness, improve circulation, and start the recovery process after such an intense event.
