Consultation Booking: The first step for a patient is to book a consultation, which costs $50. This fee will be applied towards the total cost of the weight loss program if the patient decides to proceed.
Enrollment: Once the patient decides to enroll in the weight loss program after the consultation, the first payment of $600 will be due. After enrollment, the medication will be ordered, which typically takes about 2-3 weeks for delivery.
First Medication Pickup and Follow-Up Appointment: After the medication arrives, we will book the first appointment with the patient to pick up four weeks’ worth of medication. Additionally, we will schedule a follow-up appointment for four weeks later.
Second Follow-Up Appointment: At the follow-up appointment, which occurs four weeks after enrollment, the patient will make a payment of $300. Along with this payment, they will receive another month’s supply of medication.
Last Follow-Up Appointment: Four weeks after the first follow-up appointment, another follow-up appointment will be scheduled. At this appointment, the final payment of $300 will be due, and the patient will receive the last month’s supply of medication.
Decision to Continue: At this point, we will ask the patient if they would like to continue with the weight loss program. If they decide to continue, the cost for the next three months will remain the same at $1200, and the same payment options will be available as before.
This structured approach allows patients to gradually pay for the program over the course of their participation while receiving necessary medication and support at regular intervals
