My name is Adrianna, I'm a BEST Certified doula providing prenatal, labor, and postpartum support, birth pool kit rentals, & placenta encapsulation to families in the DFW area. It creates a lasting impact on a families life. It is the goal of your doula to provide emotional, physical, and informational support, so that when you look back, you feel you were encouraged, and uplifted before, during, and after the birth of your baby. In addition to birth support, you will receive two prenatal visits and one postpartum visit.

I’ve added Placenta encapsulation to my doula resume! It’s pretty amazing being able to see the first home of new life. A baby actually grew in this thing! My kids are so excited about this new venture, they have wanted to see the placentas each time. My 9yr old actually took these pictures because he thinks it’s so cool! Approximately 1 in 8 moms will experience postpartum depression after giving birth. While encapsulating your placenta isn’t a cure-all, women have reported boosted moods and more balanced hormones since taking their placenta pills. They may even help with increasing breastmilk supply and better postpartum recovery, too!

Just had to bust out some serious semi-crazy doula moves to hopefully engage this little babies head into the pelvis, it’s been hours and change is needed. Hopefully after mom can rest we can tell if progress has been made. I really love it when nurses are so open to ideas and different positions and say things like “ya you want to do it right now? Let’s try it!”. Praying this baby comes tonight and doesn’t make mom and dad wait much longer.

EDIT: MY MOVES WORKED!! Engaged head and dilated 3cm in 1 hour!! 👏🏻👏🏻 just gave those nurses a little bit more faith in doulas 😉.
