Our Story
The Community Counseling Clinic (CCC) in the Center for Clinical Services (CCS) at Montclair State University (MSU) was created to provide compassionate, accessible, and professional mental health care services to the surrounding community. The CCC provides confidential individual and group counseling for children (8 years or older), adolescents, and adults as well as counseling for couples and families. In addition, we provide career assessment, development, and counseling services. All services are provided by advanced doctoral and master's level MSU counseling students, under the close supervision of Licensed Professional Counselor on-site clinical supervisors and MSU Counseling Program faculty. Treatment services are provided on a very reasonable sliding fee scale, the facility is centrally located with ample parking, is highly accessible by public transit systems, and there is currently no waiting list for counseling services.
