Alpine Rehabilitation & Nursing Center promotes individualized resident/family-centered care whereby the resident and their families are our partners in providing quality health care through meaningful relationships. Alpine is located in a gorgeous country setting, where there isn't a room without a view. We have a fantastic group that is focused on resident happiness and helping them meet their goals. There's always something fun happening here and visiting hours are 24/7, so feel free to stop in and see us!

This month, we’re shining a light on two special members of our community: Mr. Ronald Smith, a cherished resident, and Lesha Dolen, a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant in our Therapy Department. 1. How do you love to spend a Sunday afternoon?
