Our Story

Dr. Victor Biton is the owner and director of Clinical Trials, Inc. and the Arkansas Epilepsy Program in Little Rock, Arkansas. He is a board certified neurologist, with added qualifications in clinical neurophysiology. He has over 20 years of clinical research experience, has conducted over 200 clinical research studies and has published many papers based on his clinical work.

Dr. Biton graduated medical school in 1978 from Hebrew University Hadassah Medical School in Jerusalem, Israel. In 1990, Dr. Biton completed his specialty training in epilepsy at the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis. Shortly thereafter, Dr. Biton and his family decided to relocate to Little Rock, Arkansas where Dr. Biton served as the Director of the Epilepsy Program at the VA and UAMS. 1993 to 2007 Dr. Biton served as the Director of the Epilepsy Program at Baptist hospital. In 1994 Dr. Biton started his own private practice including the Arkansas Epilepsy Program, to serve as a comprehensive epilepsy program serving Arkansas and the surrounding areas as well as Clinical Trials, Inc., to offer hope through research to those suffering from Neurological diseases such as Parkinson’s, MS, Diabetic Neuropathy, Epilepsy and Alzheimer’s disease. Most recently, Dr. Biton has opened a new Epilepsy Monitoring Unit at St. Vincent hospital in 2008.
