Most people wait until their body forces them to slow down.
He didn’t

He’s playing in a rugby tournament in March.
High contact. High stakes. Zero room for “hoping it holds up.”

Our patients tell us the fear isn’t the next match.
It’s the thought of waking up ten years from now stiff, limited, and wishing they had done things differently.

So he’s doing the work now.
Not because he’s broken.
Not because he’s in crisis.
Because he understands something most people miss.
There’s something off in the chain and he wants to address it before it’s an issue.

Strength > shortcuts.
Guidance > guessing.
Longevity > temporary relief.

That’s what being a Peak Performer looks like.

Hard now so life stays good later.

If you want to keep playing, training, and living without feeling fragile as you age, this is the standard.

DM us and we’ll get you set up for a clarity call.

He could deal with pain.
What he couldn’t deal with was losing his swing.

Tight hip.
Stiff rotation.
Inconsistent contact.

Every round felt different, and not in a good way.

We assessed him and found the real issue wasn’t one thing.
It was lots of small things leading to control.

His hip and core couldn’t own the positions his swing demanded.

So we stopped chasing tightness
and started building control where he was leaking power.

Now we’re strengthening the exact area that used to hurt him to make it reliable.

Our patients tell us this is the shift that changes everything.
Less guessing.
More confidence over the ball.

If your swing feels inconsistent and you’ve been told to just stretch more, it’s time to look deeper.
DM us to book a clarity call.

The first though in my head in the AM.
I see this all the time at the gym.

Good people.
Hard working.
Still hurting.

He told me about his aches and pains.
Then I saw what he was doing to fix it.

And it didn’t match what his body actually needs.

I kept my mouth shut, but younger me wouldn’t have.

If you’re doing the same things over and over
and it keeps coming back
that’s not bad luck.

That’s a missed root cause.

Chiropractic can help.
Exercises can help.
A lot of things can help.
But if it’s not the right thing for you, it won’t last.

Our patients tell us they wish someone had explained this sooner.

If it keeps returning, it’s time to stop guessing.

DM us to book a clarity call.

Learning what’s safe is the first step to getting your life back.

Our patients tell us the hardest part wasn’t the pain. It was the fear.

The fear of bending down the wrong way.
The fear of loading the bar again.
The fear that one wrong move would set them back to day one.

So they start avoiding things.
They stretch more. Rest more. Train less.
Not because they’re lazy. Because no one ever showed them what was actually safe.

Most of them tried PT. Tried adjustments. Tried injections.
They got temporary relief.
But they never got clarity.

And without clarity, you hesitate.

When you finally understand what your body can handle and what it’s been protecting you from, everything changes. You stop guessing. You stop bracing for the worst. You start moving like yourself again.

Confidence comes before progress.

If you’re tired of feeling fragile and second guessing every workout, let’s talk.

DM us and book a call.

Your back should not be the reason you modify or skip the workout you want to do.

Most CrossFitters assume back pain means they need more mobility, more stretching, or another week off.

But your back is not the problem.

Your movement is.

If your hips do not rotate well, your back will.
If your core does not stabilize, your back will.
If your ribcage does not move, your back will.

This is why you get “No Reps”, but you know you are capable.

You do not need to rest more.

You need a plan that fixes the root cause so you can work on correct movment more.

If you are tired of back pain controlling your training,
DM us to learn how to finally train without fear of flare-ups.

Your reps are waiting for you.

If your swing feels restricted,
your hips might be the reason.

Long days sitting tighten the front of your hips without you noticing.

Then you step onto the course and ask your body to rotate anyway.

Your back compensates.

And that’s where discomfort starts creeping in.

This drill helps restore hip motion and takes pressure off your low back.

Do this daily for two weeks.

If your back hurts during or after, DM us.

You need see us.
Your hips don’t have control and your back cannot handle the load.

Your back will get worse.
