You feel it halfway through a round.

That same elbow pain creeping back in on the downswing.

You’ve tried rest. Maybe some PT. Maybe a brace.

It calms down… then comes right back.

At some point you start thinking, “Is this just part of playing now?”

Probably not.

Most golfers get their elbow treated like it’s the issue.

But the elbow is usually the thing taking the hit, not the thing causing it.

If we don’t look at how you’re actually moving through your swing, that cycle doesn’t change.

That’s exactly why it keeps coming back.

We look at how your body moves as a system and build from there.

So you can swing without thinking about your elbow every shot.

DM “GOLF” if this sounds like you!

At the gym, he showed me things on the bar I wasn’t good at. Control, positions, stuff I’d usually avoid.

Then he came to roll.
Now he’s the one in that spot. Slowing down, thinking through positions, realizing what’s missing.

That’s how this works.

Most people stay where they’re comfortable. They keep training around the problem instead of facing it.

That’s exactly why it keeps coming back.

Whether it’s the gym or your body, the answer isn’t more reps of stacking reps on top of bad movement patterns.

It’s fixing what you’ve been avoiding.

That’s where things actually change.

If you’re interested in changing movement patterns that wreck your body, DM me.

You’re at your daughter’s softball game… but you’re shifting in your chair, thinking about your back the whole time.

You’re on the course… standing over a pitching wedge, wondering if this swing is the one that sets it off.

That’s where you are.

You’re still getting through work, but everything outside of it is shrinking.

That’s where he was too.

PT. Adjustments. Rest. Push through.

It would calm down… then come right back.

He was even on his way to consult a surgeon, but a fender bender kept him out of that appointment. He found me before going back. (TALK ABOUT A PLOT TWIST!)

Today he told me he’s really glad he didn’t hop on the chopping block.

So when people tell me “it’s too expensive”… I get it.

But too expensive for what?

Another round of something that gives you a few good days?

He had a disc issue hitting a nerve… but no one addressed what was putting him there.

That’s exactly why it kept coming back.

So he eventually “needed surgery”. HA!

Now he’s added 35 yards to his pitching wedge… and he’s fully present at his daughter’s games.

That’s the part my patients are actually after. Outcomes.

We do things differently.

If you have limitations in your movement, you will pay the piper at some point. And most people never address the whole system.

We do.
ZERO snake oil.

DM “DIFFERENT”.

Most people think their back just flares up randomly.

It’s not random.

Something else isn’t doing its job, so your back keeps picking up the slack.

That’s exactly why it keeps coming back.

We don’t just look at where it hurts. We look at how you move and what’s being missed.

If you want your body to feel solid again, follow us!

04/21/2026

You’ve been dealing with it.

That low back tightness that shows up… then settles down.
Enough to keep going. Not enough to stop.

So you train around it.
Modify a little.
Tell yourself you’ll be fine.

But this isn’t another week.

There’s something coming up.
Something that matters.

And now that thought is there…

“What if it doesn’t hold up when I need it to?”

I hear that a lot.

You’ve tried stretching.
Resting.
Maybe things that gave you temporary relief.

And yeah… that can help for a bit.

But if that actually solved it, you wouldn’t still be thinking about missing out.

That’s the part no one talks about.

It’s not just your back.
Something else isn’t doing its job… so your back keeps taking the load.

And when the intensity goes up…
that’s when it shows up.

That’s why it keeps coming back.

So let me ask you…

Are you getting ready for the tournament…
or just hoping your body makes it through?

Because those are very different.

You want to show up ready.
Confident.
Able to go all in without holding back.

Not questioning every movement.
Not wondering if this is when it goes.

That gap doesn’t close with more rest or guessing.

It closes when you fix what’s been missed
and actually build your body to handle what’s coming.

DM “back” if missing your tournament isn’t an option.

You’re probably telling yourself it’s not bad enough yet.

You can still lift. Still work. Still play with your kids… just a little differently.

I hear that a lot.

But what you’re really saying is you don’t trust your body the way you used to.

And every time you sit one out, cut something short, or say “not now”… that time doesn’t come back.

You’re not waiting for it to get bad…

You’re slowly losing more moments that matter.

Strong, present dads don’t sit on the sidelines hoping it holds together.

They handle it before it becomes the thing that pulls them away.

So ask yourself… how’s that been working for you?

If you want to show up fully again, DM “back.”

Which other provider will do this for you?

You run a business. Your schedule is chaotic.

And your back doesn’t care.

It shows up during a lift, while coaching your kid’s soccer match, or halfway through your day… and now you’re thinking about it again.

You’ve tried fitting care in when you can.

PT. Adjustments. A few things at home.

It helped… until it didn’t.

You’re probably thinking, “I just need to find time.”

I hear that a lot. Like, a lot, a lot.

But it seems like no one has taken the time to explain this…

The problem isn’t just your back. It’s that the plan never fit your life.

So here’s what we do.

We get you in on a day and time that actually works for you and we stick to it.

Then we build everything else around your schedule, including what you’re doing at home.

No wasted visits. No unrealistic expectations.

Just a plan that fits your life so you can stay consistent without everything else falling apart.

Because you want to train, work, and move without constantly working around this…

But right now, you’re still adjusting your life because of it.

If a customized plan works for you, DM us. “Life”

You’re someone who takes responsibility.
You don’t ignore problems. You fix them.
But what if what you’re doing is actually making it worse?

You’ve been stretching, trying to loosen it up.
Maybe rolling it out, hoping it finally releases.

But the tingling in your hand is still there.
And that pain from your shoulder blade down your arm hasn’t gone away either.

Patients tell me this all the time.

It seems like the right thing to do.
But that may be the very thing making it worse.

That tingling and pain isn’t a tight muscle.
Most likely, it’s a nerve that’s already irritated.

And every time you stretch it, you’re pulling on something that’s already flared up.

You’re probably thinking stretching is the answer. Most people do.
But that’s exactly why it won’t go away.

You want to lift, train, work, and move without that constant reminder in your arm.
But right now, you’re always aware of it.

It’s hard for me to tell you exactly what to do without doing an exam first.

DM “hand” if you want us to help you figure out what’s actually going on

You’re still lifting. Still showing up. Still handling business.

But your back decides how much you actually get to engage during the day.

And we already know how that plays out.
Less engagement means less focus. Less focus bleeds into decisions, patience, performance.

A lot of the folks I work with are in the same spot.
“I can still do most things.” and “It’s not that bad.”

I can see how you’d think that.

But you’re thinking about it every set. Adjusting how you move.
Hoping it loosens up instead of trusting it’s solid.

That’s not nothing. That’s your body telling you something’s off.

Most have already tried the usual stuff.
Stretching. Adjustments. Maybe some PT.
It helped for a bit… but never really solved it.

That’s exactly why it keeps coming back.

It’s not that you need more effort.
It’s that no one ever took the time to fix what’s causing it in the first place.

You want to train hard, lead your business, and not have your body in the back of your mind.

But right now, it’s always there.

If that sounds like you, DM “back.”

Well, well, well! Look what I found at ! I like what Jake and his crew have done there. Great folks. Great environment. Check it out. It maybe your energy. You don’t know until you know.

04/11/2026

Our patients tell us this all the time.
“I can still work out… it’s just modify.”

You’ve tried stretching. Maybe some PT. Maybe some adjustments.

It helps for a bit… then you’re right back modifying again.

It means something was missed.

If your back keeps getting overloaded, something else isn’t doing its job.

And until that gets addressed, you’ll keep modifying.

That’s why we use tools like Noraxon.

To actually see what’s happening when you move.
What’s overworking. What’s not showing up.

So you can stop modifying…
and start trusting your body again.

If you’re tired of working around it, DM us “Rx”
