Once upon a time, this man could barely move. Fast forward through customized care & this is the text he sent me. “Hey! I was able to pack all the meat out on the elk hunt! It was a total of 24 miles and roughly 12k feet of elevation change over the 3 trips hauling a couple hundred pounds of meat out. Every part of me was in pain except my back!” The only downside was a bear got the bag with the backstrap in it. 😢

Knee pain keeping you from training the way you want to?

You’ve iced.
You’ve rested.
