Are you golfing on Ibuprofen, not on skill? ⛳

If your "pre-round warm-up" is popping painkillers,
the pain is just going to get worse.

Ibuprofen might mask the pain for 18 holes...
..but it won't fix WHY your knees (or back, or hips) hurt in the first place.

The good news?
It's not your fault.

Most golfers are only told to manage pain, not solve it.

Tired of skipping shoulder day because of pain?

You're not alone.

Most lifters try to fix it by hammering more shoulder work or stretching,
But the pain always comes back.
