Experiential Breathwork this Sunday, Mar 29, 1 - 2:30 PM!!
This immersive breathwork experience, taught by Sylas Sun, is designed to help participants release emotional tension, quiet mental noise, and reconnect with their bodies in a grounded, supportive setting.
Through a thoughtfully guided combination of breathwork, meditation, and curated music, participants are led through both active and restorative phases. This balance allows for intentional emotional processing as well as integration, often resulting in a greater sense of clarity, calm, and inner alignment.
In addition to the experiential component, the session includes practical education on breathwork techniques. Participants leave feeling renewed, and are equipped with simple, effective tools they can use in daily life to regulate their nervous system, manage stress, and support overall well-being.
