October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and we want to remind you to have your annual mammogram. Mammograms are recommended starting at age 40 but if you have a family history of breast cancer you might need one sooner. If you have questions, give us a call to schedule an appointment with me to discuss when is the right time for you to have a mammogram.

My heart is heavy. Due to urgent family matters I will be stepping away from Little Rock Weight Loss and Bear Fruit. To all of my patients, thank you for entrusting me with your care. It is a privilege and honor to serve you. It’s what I’ve been called to do.

I am not however stepping away from God.

If it was up to me I would continue to carry this heavy load all at once but God said that’s enough.

Thank you for following this page and supporting me as I began to work on one of my greatest passions: helping people loose weight and through this, obtaining abundant life.

This physician now needs the abundance. Pray for me.

Feel free to continue to follow this page as I continue this roller coaster ride with Jesus sitting next to me and my Father as the conductor. The author and finisher of my faith.
