Due to ArkSTART not be able to secure funding through the PASSEs, we regret to inform you that ArkSTART services (including mobile crisis) have ended. CETs are educational forums designed to improve capacity and provide supports to individuals with IDD and behavioral health needs by teaching through case discussion.

As many of you have heard, grant funding for ArkSTART ends 12/31/18. We are diligently working to secure funding with PASSEs beginning 3/01/19, leaving a two month gap in services. At this time our funding request has been directed to the Governor’s Office and your show of support can only help!

ArkSTART services has
- proven to reduce emergency department and acute mental health hospitalization use by over 50%...YES - OVER 50%!!
- helped to maintain placement over 80% when responding to crises.
- helped to improve quality of life for hundreds of individuals with disabilities, their families and support services.
