Adrienne is looking up to Braylon-in more ways than one! He is officially taller than her now! During his visit, Braylon also completed a DXA scan, which helps our team learn more about bone health and body composition in growing kids. We love seeing our participants grow and helping support healthier futures for children everywhere! 🍎

At Arkansas Children’s Nutrition Center, we know wellness isn’t just about healthy meals and movement, it’s also about taking care of our minds. 🧠✨

Today’s reminder:
Take a moment to pause, breathe deeply, and do something that brings you calm, whether that’s a quick walk, listening to music, or sharing a laugh with someone.

A little mindfulness goes a long way toward helping us show up fully for our families, coworkers, and participants. 💙
