✨ Important Policy Reminder: No Refunds on Readings ✨

I completely understand that life happens—ice storms, illness, and unexpected situations can shift plans. That’s why I always do my best to accommodate my clients and reschedule when needed. Your time is valuable, and so is mine.

When you book a reading with me, I take time out of my schedule—often outside of my regular work hours—which sometimes means arranging childcare and shifting other commitments. Because of this, I do not offer refunds for missed or mismanaged appointments. If I reschedule your session and provide you with a new date and time, it is your responsibility to double-check and show up on the correct day.

That being said, I’ve noticed that when these situations arise, it’s often because Spirit wants the reading to happen in divine timing—not always when we expect it to. If something comes up that causes a delay, trust that there’s a reason for it. The right messages will always come through when you’re meant to receive them.

If you arrive on the wrong day and miss your session, I won’t be issuing a refund for that mistake. I am always happy to work with you when life happens, but I also have to hold boundaries to respect my own time and energy.
