RiverStone Wellness Center is committed to providing evidence-based and holistic mental health care for individuals seeking optimal emotional health. At RiverStone Wellness Center we understand that the body and mind are intricately linked. Because of our understanding of the importance of this inter-connectedness, our holistic wellness center offers free mindfulness classes, free yoga classes, massage therapy, Reiki therapy, nutritional therapy, and other complementary treatments, in addition to the most proven traditional behavioral health care. Our highly skilled therapists offer evidence–based psychotherapy treatments for PTSD, depression, anxiety, eating disorders, OCD, panic, sleep difficulties, grief / loss, complex trauma, and much more. Our providers are in-network with Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Ambetter and most are in-network with QualChoice. We are happy to electronically file claims for clients who participate in other healthcare insurance plans, as well. We also provide services to clients through their worker's compensation coverage. Due to the inclement weather, we are making some adjustments to today’s wellness class schedule:

❄️ CANCELLED: Mid-Day Meditation w/ Alisyn at 12:35pm
❄️ CANCELLED: Restorative Yoga w/ Kerri at 5:30pm

Both classes will resume as scheduled next Tuesday, February 3rd. Make sure to go ahead and reserve your spot by booking online here: https://riverstonewellnesscenter.setmore.com/

NEW YEAR, NEW YOGA CLASS 🧘🏻‍♀️🤍✨

We are excited to introduce our newest weekly wellness class: Gentle Grounding Flow Yoga with Deidre Gray 🌿

Starting this Thursday 1/8 at 6:00 PM, Deidre will guide you through a gentle, supportive flow focused on reconnecting with your body and anchoring your energy. Whether you are a beginner or seasoned yogi, this class is a safe space for you to land.

Wed, Dec 31st: Open 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Thurs, Jan 1st: CLOSED for New Year’s Day

Fri, Jan 2nd: Re-opening for normal business hours

REMINDER: Mid-Day Meditation & Restorative Yoga are Cancelled Today! ☃️🎄

Friendly reminder that Mid-Day Meditation and Restorative Yoga are both on holiday break today! We’ll miss practicing with you all! While our classes are on pause, we encourage you to take a few minutes today for a solo mindful moment wherever you are. 🧘🏻‍♀️✨

This could include: breathwork, meditation, stretching, yoga, journaling, or whatever feels right!

To allow our dedicated team time to rest and recharge with their loved ones, RiverStone Wellness Center will have the following schedule adjustments:

❤️ Tuesday, Dec 23rd: Mid-Day Meditation & Restorative Yoga classes are cancelled.

💚 Wed, Dec 24th – Fri, Dec 26th: Our office will be CLOSED.

❤️ Monday, Dec 29th: return to normal business hours

Our Mid-Day Meditation class scheduled for today 12/16 is CANCELLED. Our instructor, Alisyn, is feeling under the weather, and we are sending her healing wishes!

✨ REMINDER: Mid-Day Meditation class will take a planned pause for the rest of the holiday season. ✨ Mid-Day Meditation will return to the schedule on Tuesday, January 6th at 12:35 PM.

We encourage you to use this seasonal pause to honor your body's need for deep rest and to practice mindfulness throughout your busy holiday routine.
