A couple of familiar founders in full Synergy this Saturday.
Grateful for moments like these with Mr. David Bubbus Sr.—the original “Butcher Boy” and the inspiration behind one of Arkansas’ most beloved staples, David's Burgers.

For me, David's Burgers is more than a meal…it’s my happy place, my Saturday oasis, and my unofficial midway stop as I travel from the Little Rock River Market—where Synergy Saturday provides Free Health Screenings and community support—back to Sherwood. It’s a place where kindness is served with every basket, and where the spirit of Arkansas hospitality is alive and well.

What always moves me most is seeing Mr. Bubbus himself still engaging, greeting, and serving customers with the same genuine warmth and consistency that helped shape the legacy his son has built across our state. His passion is a reminder that great brands stand the test of time because great people stand behind them.

Today, I’m thankful for the connection, the conversation, and the shared commitment to making Arkansas healthier, happier, and stronger—one burger and one screening at a time.

We’re so glad you’re here. 🧡💚

Synergy Saturday is a mobile and pop-up free clinic serving communities across Arkansas with street medicine, free health screenings, experiential learning, patient navigation, and food-as-medicine support. Since 2015, our mission has been simple:

Bring care to the people. Remove barriers. Strengthen families. Build healthier communities.

Our community is made up mostly of dedicated women and men ages 25–64 from Little Rock, North Little Rock, Conway, and surrounding areas—people who care about wellness, service, and real impact. If that sounds like you, you’re in the right place.
