Due to the circumstances surrounding the COVID 19 pandemic, we are closed for "in person" classes. However, we offer assistance with online options available to you from American Heart Association. You may also make arrangements to check off online with us virtually for an additional fee. We will be working diligently to assist you to get certified and renewed. Please be patient with us as we consider your health as our priority. We will open in full swing when we feel safe to do so. We recognize you as essential employees and clients and will do what we can to help you. As a participating American Heart Association provider, we follow AHA guidelines as well as Arkansas state guidelines regarding public health and safety.

Please consider the time it takes to set up a class. If you must cancel, please do so within 2 days of class. Prepaid classes that cancel will have up to 3 chances to reschedule dates. If the class is prepaid, there are No REFUNDS.
If you prepaid for our services, you will automictically enter into an agreement with our “Cancellation Policy” which is located on the bottom of our signature in the email that was sent to you with class confirmation.
Due to limited seating, we request that you cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled class. This gives us the opportunity to fill the class. You may cancel by phone/text or online via email. If you must cancel your prepaid class, we offer you a credit to your account if you cancel before the 48 hours, but we do not offer refunds. You may use these credits towards any future CPR class. The owner has the right to be flexible here.
*Please be sure that you are committed to attending the CPR class with Position CPR before booking our class.
*Please check with your employer to see if they are providing payment for your class and willing to do so using our services before booking our class.
* Please check with your caseworker to see if they will reimburse you for using Position CPR before booking our class.
* Please check with your support system to see if you have a babysitter before booking our classes.
*Please make sure you bring the correct amount of money and is ready to pay what is charged to you by using our services before booking CPR.
By Prepaying, you agree to this cancellation policy.
**If you are not a prepaying customer and you book an appointment twice and do not show up to class, Position CPR will have the right to dismiss any future bookings with you. The owner has the right to be flexible here.
