This week, my teaching will focus on creating space. Space for what? Lots of things. Maybe you need space to create new habits, clear out thoughts that no longer serve you. Maybe you need space to let go of sadness or anger. Maybe you just need more space in your hamstrings so that you can get your legs straight in adho mukha svanāsana.
