There is a mirror in my office I walk past every day. And every day it says the same thing. But each day, the woman staring back at me believes more and more…I am strong. I am worthy. I am loved. I am enough.

Everyone experiences negative thoughts from time to time, but for some, overcoming negative thinking or limiting self beliefs can feel exhausting.

A powerful yet simple action you can take to help learn to change your negative, limiting self beliefs into realistic positive self-talk is in daily affirmations. Whether you use post-its, mirror decals, a journal, an app, or a combination of these, practice positive self-talk by reading them out loud.

By consciously changing the way you talk to yourself, you will begin to think more positively.

February is heart health month! Your heart does amazing things, makes you feel special ways. We can't forget to take care of it though! We wanted to highlight a couple of healthy heart habits that you should keep in mind:
- Regular exercise! Something as simple as a walk a day can help the heart.
- Balanced diet. Your heart needs certain proteins and fibers to keep it strong
- More sleep! We all need rest, so does your heart.

The early stages of meeting someone can be exciting. Feeling your heart increase whenever that person is around, can't stop smiling, and feeling ten times more positive? There is a reason behind it !

The brain sends a signal to the adrenal gland, which secretes certain hormones (such as adrenaline, epinephrine, and norepinephrine) that flow through the blood and cause the heart to beat faster and stronger!
