If we can be honest, it’s not easy working in the healthcare field, and not always happiness and cheer all day.
Sometimes it gets heavy, when clients who become family pass away, after your agency has provided care for them for years. There are times we speak with a family caregiver who is tired and stretched. 🙏🏼
We feel the weight of what they’re going through, with much compassion, while seeing what we can do to help. It takes a dedicated team to do that. Sometimes we have our own emergencies, family deaths, and things that come up.
Through it all, we work together, and we choose joy. We know we can’t pour from empty cups, so we push through, because we have people depending on us. We signed up for it. Clients and Caregivers become family, and that’s what we choose to do for our family. We’re also not perfect, and strive to do our best in “making it right”. That’s the transparency of it.
To our team, let’s rock it out in 2026, creating more memories while providing the best experiences, and keep running like a welled oiled machine, because that’s our owner’s vision.
