Lymphedema Podcast has the best sponsors around! It was so fun catching up with and in Philadelphia.

I heard an interview recently where an administrator of a internationally recognized lymphedema nonprofit organization said (summary not a quote)—>change comes from the people living with lymphedema, they make the change, he is just a paid administrator.

That comment has replayed in my mind for days. Then I sat around a conference table with these people pictured and talked through projects, ideas , and current issues within the lymphedema community. None of us are living daily with Lymphedema but we continue to lead from the front and create a better future for those living with Lymphedema.

Big round of applause to the many innovative advocates and organizations leading from the front to being change for the lymphedema community.

Woke up smiling because today is the first day of March. Lymphedema Awareness month feels like the Olympics for the lymphedema community. Lymphedema Podcast is back for a new season. And my birthday is in April so that’s fun to think about.

If you’re new here I want to sincerely welcome you! I am so glad you found this account in the vastness of the internet.
