This week, our One Day Surgery department is absolutely thrilled to dedicate our weekly spotlight to an exceptional member of our nursing staff: Allison Cole.
Since joining our team, Allison has swiftly become an invaluable and indispensable addition to the One Day Surgery unit. Her dedicated presence and positive impact are already so significant that it's challenging to envision our operations running as smoothly without her. Allison consistently radiates warmth, compassion, and a genuine kindness that enriches the experience for both our patients and her colleagues, truly cultivating a more supportive and positive environment for everyone she encounters.
While Allison is diligently immersing herself in the intricate details of her role and expanding her expertise in surgical nursing, her eagerness to learn and unwavering commitment to excellence are truly commendable. We have every confidence that she will not only excel but also make profound and lasting contributions during her time here at UAMS.
Beyond her professional dedication, Allison leads a vibrant life outside of work. She enjoys unwinding with a bit of retail therapy and, most importantly, cherishes precious moments spent with her loving husband, their adorable young son, and their beloved family dog.
