Hey everyone,

12th Street Health and Wellness Center is selling fleece jackets during the month of November, right in time for chilly weather, holiday gatherings, and the business end of football season! The sale will last through November 30th and jackets should be available to pick up at the clinic around the second week of December.

They are black microfleece and will be embroidered with the 12th Street logo. They will be $45 each and all proceeds will be going back towards funding the clinic. Please use the form attached to see the jacket, place orders, and for info on where to send the money.

🚨 PSA 🚨 Hello, everyone! One of the most important aspects of serving our community at the 12th Street Health and Wellness Center is providing care for people who do not speak English or speak English as a second language! In order to do that, we NEED Spanish Interpreters. Students, Friends, Family, anybody that can speak Spanish and has a passion for serving others is welcome! Are you BILINGUAL? The 12th Street Health and Wellness Center is always looking for INTERPRETERS. Knowledge of medical terminology is welcomed, but is not required.

Good afternoon volunteers,

12th Street will be having a sports physical night this upcoming Thursday, the 19th. We are expecting around 50 students to be brought in groups, starting at 4. We will need at least one clinical volunteer (PA, M3, M4) who is comfortable with physical exams per team. This will be an excellent time for younger students to learn and older students to practice doing a quick, comprehensive physical exam and these patients do not require notes so the encounters are typically quicker and more streamlined. Please consider volunteering if you have the time. We appreciate all that you do for the clinic!
