Our Apothecary is filled with wellness products & fair trade goods that are good for you, good for our community & good for the Earth. We put 'Spirit before Body' by offering each guest customized sessions curated to meet their specific needs. In addition to Massage & Specialty Bodywork, we offer Foot Rituals, Detox Sauna, Ayurveda Consultations, Private/group Yoga and fitness classes, and educational workshops. Our event space, Sage House Yurt, is also available for booking your next meeting or private event.

We learned so much, met inspiring people and shared our passion for excellence and integrity for offering clean, holistic options in the wellness industry. Our nail services are WAY more than pretty polish and flower petals tickling your toes (but that’s going to happen too!) we offer a completely private non-toxic and vegan nail spa experience.
Did you know the EU recently banned a main ingredient in major USA gel polishes?
Trimethylbenzoyl diphenylphosphine oxide (TPO) ☠️☠️☠️ is a hormone disruptor and linked to fertility 🤰issues. It is mainly used to cure gel polishes under the UV lights. Right now the US is only recommending users take precautions against the product, even though the EU will begin enforcing the banned harmful chemicals early next year.

CWR is way ahead of the game!
TPO is nasty 🤮 business and we don’t want it anywhere near our customers or our staff! So it’s banned from the building.

Not only do we avoid the use of harmful chemicals on our precious bodies, but we also do NOT like supporting companies that use animals to test their harmful products just so a human can decorate.
We know that can seem harsh- but hey it’s 2025 and we have thousands of non-harming, healthy and wonderful options right at our fingertips!!!! 🦋💗🥹

We can literally choose a better world, just by choosing a kinder world.
