We are honored to have Professor Tarek M. Shaarawy, MD PhD FRCOphth accepting an Adjunct Faculty Position at the Jones Eye Institute, UAMS. Professor Shaarawy is the Head of the Glaucoma Unit and the Glaucoma Surgery Research Group at the University of Geneva Hospitals. He is a globally recognized leader in the field of ophthalmology, renowned for his expertise in glaucoma surgery and his pioneering work at the forefront of research and technological innovation. As a distinguished eye surgeon based and a prolific researcher, Dr. Shaarawy has earned international acclaim for his contributions to the advancement of glaucoma care.
