Tips for managing the current poor air quality

-Avoid going outdoors when possible
-Wear a mask when outside
-Rinse off when you come inside to remove any residual smoke
-Keep all windows and doors closed
-Run HEPA filters
-Use saline rinses
-Use artificial tears eye drops
-Use inhalers when needed
