UPDATE!!!!! Renee is expected to arrive in Antigua around 9am tomorrow morning 🏝️!!!!

I’ll be up early with coffee in hand, watching the sunrise and probably refreshing the tracker more times than I’d like to admit… waiting to watch her row those final strokes into the harbor. Current plan is to walk over to harbor at 0830. If you want to follow it live, you can tune in on Facebook through the Atlantic Dash page, they’ll be streaming her arrival as she comes in. Want to gather with commUNITY for her historic arrival? Pop over to the Littleton Community House, they will be hosting a live arrival watch party 🎉!!

3,200 miles. Solo. Across the Atlantic Ocean. Let that sink in for a second. This isn’t just a finish line, this is history making in real time. For Northern New Hampshire. For America. For women everywhere. If you’re available in the morning, tune in, take a minute, and be part of it. Renee would tell you that she may be the one in the boat… but she’s never been out there without a crew 🇺🇸

Renee has just messaged that she has spotted LAND!!!!🏝️ I popped over to the local grocery and did a little shop for fresh fruits/veg and her requested Guacamole/Chips, yogurt, cottage cheese, seltzer (raspberry & lime), kombucha, and of course I added some dark chocolate!! Atlantic Dash directors will be going out late tonight to meet her before she transverse the channel into the harbor!! Raise a glass of seltzer or kombucha with me around midnight and send your loving kindness meditation out to our super girl 💪as she enters the final stretch!!

Ok… hands up 🙋🏼‍♀️ we may have got a little carried away yesterday calling it Renee’s last night at sea 🫠

She slowed slightly overnight and got nudged north by the same current that caught Changing Tides and SharkBait — although not quite as dramatically. She’s now coming back down, with a lovely northeasterly wind starting to give her a helping hand. We’re expecting her speed to build again through the day 💨

And once she dips under 50 miles, the tracker switches to hourly updates 👀 — as if we weren’t addicted enough already!

Last night she experienced flat, calm glassy sea, when there is no noise at all other than the oars dipping in and out the water… magical ✨

We’re still looking at a Monday arrival, but timings have shifted slightly. Instead of early morning, it’s now more likely between 12pm–6pm local time.

We know it’s frustrating not to have an exact ETA… but this is the ocean and you can’t control the ocean.

It’s just one more battle to conquer.
One more twist in the tale.
One more night on the ocean…

Let’s give Renee some words of encouragement in the comments…

“When chaos is all around you, the wisest choice is to create peace within you.” Yung Pueblo

Sounds simple… but not always easy to practice! We understand that your life is full and there’s a lot pulling at your attention and energy most days. We can help with that. This is just a reminder that you can step out of that ~ even for an hour.

At the studio sanctuary you don’t have to know what you’re doing… and you definitely don’t have to be “good” at yoga. You can just come in, take a breath, and let things slow down a bit.

We’ve got classes all week, and the River Room is here if you’re needing deeper rest or a quiet reset.

Take a scroll through the schedule and see what feels like a place to start.

Can you believe it… Renee is less than 500 miles from the finish line in Antigua!! 🚣🏻‍♀️ After taking on the Atlantic Dash solo rowing 3200 miles to bring trauma recovery resources to our North Country communities, she’s getting close… really close. So we’re getting ready to welcome her HOME!!!

This Sunday March 22 at 1pm, we’re kicking off our homecoming preparations at the Littleton Community House~creating a banner she’ll pass under on her way north, and signs that will line the streets and welcome her back to the mountains. Renee says it best~ “Every human being has an ocean to row, and every human being needs a crew.”
We are her crew. She’s carried all of us with her across the ocean, now we get to show up for her.

We’ll have supplies, paint, and space to create~just bring yourself and your creative energy. (If you have permanent markers or other sign making supplies please bring them along)

**Please share this post and gather your friends to join in!!
📣If you’re not already following Renee’s epic journey pop over to reneerowstheatlantic and atlanticdash to check out all the details on Instagram or you can follow Outdoor Adventuring for Good on Facebook!!

Spring Equinox Gathering 🌿

A little last-minute… but sometimes those are the moments we need most. This week marks the Spring Equinox—a natural turning point between dark and light.
We’ve opened a small, intimate gathering this Saturday morning to mark it with tea, sound, and quiet reflection. If your system has been asking for a reset… this is a beautiful place to land.

Tea ceremony with Elen
Sound bath with Jenn
Reflective writing

This Saturday March 21st 10:30am–1pm & Only 8 spots available.

Optional River Room time after if you want to stay in that slower space a little longer.

Spots are limited—if this is calling to you, we’d love to have you with us 🌱

New week and a gentle reminder. What’s one thing you can do this week to take care of YOU?? Drop it in the comments if you’d like ~ it doesn’t have to be coming to the studio (though we always love seeing you here). Maybe it’s stepping outside for fresh air, making time for a quiet cup of tea, getting to bed a little earlier, or simply pausing for a few steady breaths.

If moving your body is part of that care this week, we have a full schedule of practices waiting for you.

📣 NEW on the schedule:
ROOTED (Foundational Vinyasa Flow) with Jessica on Monday evenings at 5:30pm.

This new offering explores the foundations of vinyasa through steady, breath-led movement and intentional sequencing. The pace allows space to build strength, balance, and confidence in the building blocks of practice while still experiencing the rhythm of flow. Jessica will guide the same core series of flows for several weeks at a time, allowing familiarity to grow and awareness to deepen as the practice unfolds.

Take a scroll through the week ahead and see what feels supportive ~ movement, meditation, or a little time to rest and integrate in the River Room.
